Emily Johnston

Emily R. Johnston is an associate attorney practicing in Swift Currie’s coverage and commercial litigation section. She focuses her practice on matters relating to automobile litigation, commercial litigation, premises liability and trucking litigation.

Prior to joining Swift Currie, Emily worked gained experience with law firms of varying size, having previously worked with both a large national law firm and a small boutique law firm. She also worked with a large academic medical center as a policy analyst focusing on compliance with healthcare laws. Through her diverse set of experiences, she can understand different types of clients and their unique needs.

In her practice, Emily is detail-oriented and highly analytical. As a natural people person, Emily prioritizes making strong professional and personal connections with clients. Emily strives to provide optimal outcomes for her clients and make their lives easier. She is dedicated to serving the needs of her clients and is committed to their satisfaction.

Emily earned her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. She received her B.A. from Auburn University.
