ATLANTA (November 9, 2016) – Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, LLP, is proud to announce the addition of senior attorneys Tracy A. Gilmore and Jeff K. Stinson. Additionally, the firm welcomes new associates Emily B. Marshall, John B. Weitnauer and Janelle E. Zabresky.
Gilmore received her undergraduate degree from Sweet Briar College and law degree from the University of Baltimore School in 1989. She is a civil and criminal litigator and has tried approximately 50 jury trials in state court. Gilmore represents individuals and businesses in general civil litigation matters including personal injury, product liability, commercial litigation and domestic matters.
Stinson was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2003. His practice is focused primarily in workers’ compensation claims. Stinson received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and law degree from Georgia State University College of Law.
Marshall began her practice in Florida, and was admitted to the State Bar of Florida in 2013. Her practice focuses primarily on insurance coverage and commercial litigation, specifically automobile litigation. Marshall graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, and then received her law degree from Ave Maria School of Law in 2013. Marshall is a member of the Lee County Florida Bar Association and the Collier County Florida Women’s Bar Association.
Weitnauer was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2012, and practices in the area of workers’ compensation. He received his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University and law degree from Georgia State University College of Law. Prior to joining Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, LLP, Weitnauer served as an assistant solicitor in Gwinnett County State Court where he prosecuted misdemeanor offenses.
Zabresky is admitted to practice in both Georgia and Florida and concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance coverage and commercial litigation, specifically premises liability, personal injury claims, trucking liability, and general civil litigation. She received her undergraduate degree from Clarion University and law degree from Florida State University College of Law in 2013.
