Donovan D. Potter is an associate in the firm's general civil litigation section. Mr. Potter received a dual B.S. in Business Management from the Farmer School of Business and B.S. in Kinesiology and Health from Miami University in 2011. Mr. Potter received his J.D. from Louis D. Brandies School of Law at University of Louisville.
Mr. Potter has experience defending premises liability suits, automobile litigation and general tort litigation in Georgia state and federal courts. While in law school, Mr. Potter gained a wide variety of litigation and transactional experience. Mr. Potter clerked for several law firms and was a legal intern for a Fortune 100 company. He also served as a member of the Journal of Law and Education and competed in a negotiation moot court competition in Chicago, Illinois.
Mr. Potter is admitted to practice before Georgia State and Superior Courts, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
