K. Marc Barré, Jr., practices in the areas of automobile litigation, premises liability, insurance coverage, products liability, construction litigation and business owner’s liability. Mr. Barré represents insurance carriers, retailers, manufacturers and other businesses.
Mr. Barré is an experienced trial attorney. He has also served as appellate counsel in numerous matters in the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia, as well as the Fifth and Eleventh Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal.
Mr. Barré attended the University of Georgia School of Law where he graduated with honors and served as Chairman of the Moot Court Board. He began practicing litigation in 1983. Mr. Barré has been favored with an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell since early in his practice. He is a frequent lecturer to client, industry and legal groups in the areas of vehicle litigation, insurance coverage and premises liability.
Mr. Barré is active in the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel and has served on the faculty of the Litigation Management College. He is also a member of the Claims Litigation Management Alliance (CLM).
