Shannon L. Schlottmann practices in the areas of insurance coverage and commercial litigation. Ms. Schlottmann has experience in both litigation and transactional matters. Ms. Schlottmann has represented clients in a variety of matters including contracts and breach of contract, insurance coverage, products liability and warranty claims, premise liability, commercial litigation and other matters. She has represented clients at the state and federal level. Prior to joining Swift Currie, Ms. Schlottmann gained experience in insurance defense and commercial litigation at another Atlanta law firm.
Ms. Schlottmann graduated, cum laude, with her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law. While at Florida State University, Shannon was Executive Editor and Associate Editor for the Florida State Law Review. She also served as Executive Editor and Associate Editor for the Journal of Land Use & Environmental Law and was a member of the Journal of Transnational Law & Policy. During law school, Ms. Schlottmann interned as a Law Clerk at Florida’s First District Court of Appeal. Shannon graduated, cum laude, from the University of Florida in 2005 with degrees in English and Marketing and a minor in Teaching English as a Second Language.
