Overview
Abigail C.H. Finch is an associate attorney in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office. She focuses her practice on arson and fraud, automobile litigation, bad faith litigation, insurance coverage and premises liability cases.
Prior to joining Swift Currie, Abigail served in numerous internship and externship positions throughout law school, including a 1L internship at the Greene County District Attorney’s office, a 2L externship with the Judiciary Non-Civil Committee at the Georgia House of Representatives and a 3L internship and post-grad position as a Law Clerk at a boutique real estate firm, working primarily in estate planning, contract drafting and property disputes.
In addition to her legal experience, Abigail previously worked with Extra Special People, Inc., where she led summer camps and theater classes for children and adults with disabilities. This experience allowed her to grow her perspective exponentially, understanding that every individual views the world through their own unique lens, thus enhancing her ability to understand, empathize and communicate effectively to accomplish common goals.
In her practice, Abigail values taking the time to humanize the legal field and create an environment in which clients feel comfortable and secure. She believes that trust and accessibility is key in transforming what may otherwise be a stressful or uncertain experience for her clients into a more comfortable one.
Abigail earned both her J.D. and her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia. While in law school, she served as an executive board member of the mock trial team.
