Overview

Benjamin “Ben” J. Yancey is a litigation associate, representing insurers, businesses and individuals in matters related to automobile litigation, construction law, premises liability, products liability and trucking litigation.

Ben has managed a significant caseload, ranging from minor accidents to wrongful death and catastrophic injury claims, and is dedicated to keeping clients updated on the status of each case throughout the claims process. He emphasizes transparency and drafts detailed reports at all stages of litigation to ensure his clients receive all the facts at hand in order to make informed, cost-effective decisions to resolve the case or prepare for trial.

Ben earned his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law. Prior, he received his B.B.A. in finance and B.A. in political science from the University of Georgia.
