Overview
Brittne Ballenger-Jackson is an associate attorney in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office. She focuses her practice on the civil litigation of matters pertaining to catastrophic injury and wrongful death, premises liability, automobiles and trucking.
Prior to joining Swift Currie, Brittne gained experience in various high volume firms and companies from the perspective of both attorney and adjuster. She has handled hundreds of claims and cases and has extensive experience in bench trials, jury trials, motion hearings, mediations and depositions. Brittne’s experience in various areas of civil law has taught her the importance of looking at situations and cases from all possible angles.
In her practice, Brittne strives to bring empathy to all clients and cases. She recognizes that the unknown can be overwhelming, therefore she is committed to keeping her clients informed and updated throughout the entire litigation process.
Brittne earned her J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law. She received both her B.S. and A.A.S. degrees from DeVry University.
