Overview

Hannah T. Kennedy is an associate in Swift Currie’s Alabama office representing clients in a range of litigation matters, including arson and fraud, automobile litigation, bad faith litigation, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, commercial litigation, insurance coverage, premises liability, professional liability, property insurance and trucking litigation. Her broad litigation background enables her to advise clients across a wide spectrum of issues with insight and efficiency.

Prior to joining Swift Currie, Hannah served as an Assistant District Attorney, where she gained valuable trial experience litigating multiple jury trials, including capital murder, and numerous bench trials. This foundation in criminal prosecution sharpens her instincts in the courtroom and informs her tactical approach to civil litigation.

Hannah’s clients appreciate her commitment to communication and clarity. She understands the legal process can be daunting and strives to make clients feel informed and supported throughout the life of a case, offering regular updates and making herself readily available to address questions or concerns.

Her past leadership experience includes serving as President of the Young Lawyers Section of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, underscoring her dedication to professional development and advocacy.

Hannah earned her J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. She received her B.A. from the University of Alabama.
