Luke Maher

Luke W. Maher is an associate attorney in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office. He focuses his practice on defending businesses and insurers in matters pertaining to automobile, trucking and transportation litigation.

Luke prides himself on being an excellent problem solver. Using his strong oral and written advocacy skills to achieve the best possible results for his clients, Luke recognizes that while some solutions are quick and simple, some solutions require a profusion of time and effort.

In his practice, Luke prioritizes having strong relationships with each of his clients. While other attorneys can get a job done, it is rare to find a lawyer who cares about his clients deeply on a personal level. Luke earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law. He received his B.A. from Texas A&M University.
