Overview
Rachel W. Mathews is an associate in the firm’s general litigation section, handling products liability, premises liability and automobile litigation.
Rachel’s clients include companies such as retailers and insurance companies, as well as individuals. She has experience with various types of civil matters, including multiparty commercial litigation, automobile suits and appeals.
Prior to coming to Swift Currie, Rachel worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Ozerden of the Southern District of Mississippi and staff attorney at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, where she assisted in the disposition of criminal and civil appeals. In addition, Rachel is conversational in Spanish.
