When do you know a claim is ready to settle? What sort of exposure are you facing and how can you best mitigate that exposure moving forward? What sort of issues should you be aware of when approaching settlement? In this webinar, our attorneys will discuss the various factors which all play into resolving your claims through settlement. They will help you identify the major (and minor) disputes of a claim, the parties’ different interests and, most importantly, the areas of potential compromise each side brings to the table.
