McElrath and McElroy Speaking at National Business Institute Seminar
Attorneys Crystal McElrath and Ann McElroy are slated to speak on various topics during the National Business Institute's Workers' Compensation from A to Z seminar. On Sept. 11, McElrath will speak on three topics: Calculating the Value of a Claim, Medical Issues in Workers' Compensation: Legal Perspectives and Strategies for Workers' Compensation Hearings. On Sept. 12, McElroy will give a Georgia Case Law Update and speak on the topic of Recovery from Third Parties.
This program "will explore the comprehensive nature of a workers' compensation claim from start to finish and provide you with the knowledge you need to improve the outcomes of your workers' compensation cases."
The seminar will be held at the American Hotel.
