Swift Currie Attorneys Presenting HalfMoon Education Webinar on Sustainable Construction

Attorneys Janie Hagood and Sara Alexandre are presenting the webinar, "Avoiding Ethical Pitfalls Along the Road to Sustainable Construction," hosted by HalfMoon Education on Sept. 14, 2021, from 10-11 a.m. EDT.

During the webinar, Hagood and Alexandre will cover ethical issues during the contracting phase of the project, including while entering into the contract and administering the contract, as well as general rules and guidelines.

Additionally, they will review ethical issues during construction and the post-construction phase of the project, such as ethical tenets that support sustainable construction goals, ethical standards to be employed during each phase of sustainable construction and ethical considerations for post-construction maintenance and repair plan.
