Two Swift Currie Attorneys to Speak During HalfMoon Education Georgia Construction Law Webinar

Attorneys Bobbie-Ann Henderson and Sara Alexandre will provide an overview of construction contracting during HalfMoon Education's Current Issues in Georgia Construction webinar on Jan. 12, 2021, at 8:30 a.m. EST.

Henderson and Alexandre will discuss sustainable projects, the basics of contract law,
contracting for sustainability, setting benchmarks and performance goals, requiring specific methods and materials, requiring commissioning/verification and making changes to contracts.

The full program will be held from 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Other topics include COVID-19 workplace safety, ethical issues in construction, green stormwater management on construction sites, enhancing environmental compliance and managing/hiring a diverse construction workforce.
