WEBINAR: Why Can’t We be Friends? How to Deal with a Difficult Opposing Counsel – Morally, Ethically and Successfully
Attorneys Marc Sirotkin and Brandon Rosenstein will host the webinar "Why Can’t We be Friends? How to Deal with a Difficult Opposing Counsel – Morally, Ethically and Successfully" on October 19, 2023, from 1-2 p.m. Eastern.
When a new file is generated, opposing counsel is often raring to go to court on day one. It is our job as claims’ handlers and counsel to spot the issues, control the narrative, create a plan to defend the claim and, if possible, build a cordial relationship with opposing counsel, which is in our respective clients’ best interest. This webinar will focus on how to maintain a professional and ethical relationship with opposing counsel as a claim’s handler and how we would handle both as defense counsel and claims’ adjusters.
The webinar will offer one ethics continuing education credit for attendees registered with the Georgia Department of Insurance.
