Attorneys Jessica Phillips and Alex Mikhalevsky will host the webinar, "Assignment of Benefits: The Who, the What and the How Much" on Oct. 20 from 1-2 p.m. Eastern.
This webinar will cover the enforceability of assignments of benefits in first-party property claims in light of the non-assignability provision of the policy.
The webinar will offer one general hour of continuing education credit (pending approval) for attendees registered with the Georgia Department of Insurance.
