WEBINAR: Back to Basics
On Thursday, Dec. 14, from 1-2 p.m. EST, attorneys Katherine Jensen and Robert Smith will go back to basics and present a webinar encompassing a brief review of common issues faced in workers' compensation claims.
Jensen and Smith will help you navigate the Board rules, statutes and forms associated with handling workers' compensation claims in Georgia. This webinar will act as a refresher for attendees and highlight fundamental areas of workers' compensation law that are often lost throughout the process. The presenters will also cover how compliance versus non-compliance with some requirements could make or break your claim.
The webinar will offer one general hour of continuing education credit (pending approval) for attendees registered with the Georgia Department of Insurance.
