WEBINAR: COVID-19 Update for Employers - Vaccinations and Re-opening Workplaces
Attorneys Crystal McElrath and Nichole Novosel will host the webinar, "COVID-19 Update for Employers: Vaccinations and Re-opening Workplaces," on Jan. 27 from 1-2 p.m. Eastern.
This presentation will address challenges employers have faced, and will continue to face, regarding re-opening workplaces amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. McElrath and Novosel will discuss what employers can expect with the COVID-19 vaccine rollout and answer the frequently asked question: “Can, or should, employers require all employees be vaccinated?”
The attorneys will also cover the latest FFCRA regulations and EEOC guidance, as well as potential workers’ compensation liability surrounding the vaccine administration.
