WEBINAR: From Demand to Resolution
Attorneys Rebecca Strickland and Christy Maple are hosting "From Demand to Resolution: An Overview of Evaluating Third-Party Claims and Coverage Issues" on Dec. 11 from 1-2 p.m.
Realistic evaluation of third-party claims is critical to responding to demands. The webinar will begin with an overview of third-party demands, discuss factors influencing a realistic evaluation of claims and provide a sample litigation evaluation. Finally, Strickland and Maple will discuss reservation of rights letters and third-party coverage considerations.
The webinar will offer one general hour of continuing education credit for attendees registered with the Georgia Department of Insurance.
