Christy Maple, Rebecca Strickland and Alex Mikhalevsky are presenting Phase 3 of a three-part webinar series on Thursday, Dec. 7, from 1-2 p.m. EST. They will be presenting "Rapid Fire Review of Common Policy Exclusions." Phase 3 of this webinar series will discuss a number of common policy exclusions and distinguish between conditions and exclusions.
The presenters will provide an overview of common policy exclusions, including sample policy language and indicators that suggest further investigation into a particular exclusion is warranted. They will also examine how the burden of proof influences a coverage decision with respect to exclusions.
