Swift Currie Collects 4,481 Pounds of Food for Atlanta Community Food Bank

During the month of April, Swift Currie held its 2019 annual food drive for the Atlanta Community Food Bank. The firm donated a total of 4,481 pounds of food, which will provide 3,734 meals for Georgians who are food insecure.

The Atlanta legal community at large broke last year's record of $247,781 by raising $294,984 in 2019 — enough to buy 1,179,936 meals.

The food drive is held a time to restock food banks during the summer, when children who rely on breakfast and lunch programs at school do not have access to them.
