“On the Move: Two Swift Currie Attorneys Appointed to Leadership Roles,” Birmingham Business Journal

In an article published on April 20, 2018 in the weekly print edition of the Birmingham Business Journal, Swift Currie Birmingham-based partner Lane Finch and associate Brian Richardson were featured for their recent appointments to the Defense Research Institute (DRI), the leading organization of more than 22,000 civil defense attorneys and in-house counsel. Finch was appointed as chair of the newly formed Staff Counsel Membership Initiative, where he will ensure the continued growth and future success of DRI by making sure it provides support to attorneys who work for insurance companies as staff counsel across the country. In addition to this new role, he currently serves as vice chair of DRI’s Insurance Law Committee. Richardson was appointed as second vice chair for the Construction Substantive Law Group of DRI’s Insurance Law Committee.
