Caley Pitts

Caley A. Pitts is an associate attorney in Swift Currie’s Atlanta office. She focuses her practice on defending employers and insurance companies in workers’ compensation claims throughout the state of Georgia.

Caley has dedicated her entire law career to workers’ compensation defense. She has previously settled more than 150 workers’ compensation claims for clients ranging from small, locally-owned businesses to global retail companies. Regardless of the client, Caley commits to reviewing the facts of the case with them and clearly communicates any applicable defense strategies and options, as well as their risks and benefits. 

In her practice, Caley prioritizes an exceptional attention to detail, effective communication skills, adaptability, creativity and an unwavering commitment to thoroughness in practicing law. She leaves no stone unturned when it comes to her clients’ cases and her meticulous approach ensures that every facet of a legal matter is carefully examined and analyzed. 

Caley earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. She received her B.A. from Mercer University.

Outside of the office, Caley enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She and her husband, Dylan, collect board games and often host game nights. Caley also enjoys traveling, watching movies, reading books, attending local events and participating in outdoor activities.
